This is a binding contract between Outdoorproductreview.com &

Any disputes will be resolved according to Colorado State Law. All contracted parties agree that the prevailing party will be entitled to recover all fees associated with any actions taken against the other. All contracts are for the time period selected in the plan and can not be canceled prior to the fulfillment terms; there will be no refunds, this includes for advertising pulled do to reasons beyond our control. (Such as your business closing) We reserve the right to deny any contract prior to the placement of any advertising. Outdoorproductreview.com will not be responsible for matters outside our control, such as but not limited to Internet down time, or number of visits to your site. At the end of your contract terms all contracts will be revised according to the new advertising contract for that fiscal year. Acceptance of these terms is indicated by your completion of this contract and/or your signature.
